How we work with you
Every engagement starts with a kickoff call: we review your objective, target profile, geography and timeline, and align on what a successful outcome looks like. Where part of the original brief isn't realistically achievable — because of data limits, market structure or the available timeframe — we say so directly at this stage and propose a workable alternative rather than a promise we can't keep. By the end of scoping, we've agreed the target segment, the research approach, and a realistic timeline together with you. You receive a short written scope confirming exactly what will be delivered.
We build a structural picture of your target market — sizing the relevant universe and mapping how companies, buyers and decision-makers within it are organised. Depending on the segment, we draw on proprietary project databases, industry rankings, association records, trade fair sources or direct company-level research, choosing whichever combination yields the most complete and cost-efficient coverage. This produces an initial longlist sized against your criteria, which we typically present on an interim call before narrowing it further. Where useful, this is also the stage where we size the addressable market for your specific product or niche, rather than relying on generic industry figures.
From the longlist, we screen, score and profile companies against your criteria — revenue, ownership, technical capability, acquisition readiness or purchasing behaviour, depending on the project's objective. Priority candidates receive detailed individual profiles, and we recommend which companies are worth contacting directly, and why. We present the finished shortlist and supporting analysis as our core research deliverable, with room for you to request adjustments before deciding on next steps. For projects that end here, this is also the point of handover — you receive the full database, profiles and methodology notes to take forward with your own team.
Where the project calls for direct contact, we reach out to shortlisted companies ourselves — in Polish, to the actual purchasing managers, technical directors or owners rather than a general contact address. Each conversation is qualified for genuine interest, technical or commercial fit, and concrete next steps, and logged individually rather than summarised into a single response rate. You receive a structured outreach report: who was reached, what was discussed, and what happens next for every company contacted. Where interest is confirmed, we flag priority companies for the next stage rather than leaving you to work through the full list yourself.
Where outreach produces real interest, we arrange the next step — an online call, an in-person meeting, a multi-city roadshow or a trade fair introduction — and prepare you for it with a company profile in advance and full notes afterwards. At project close, we hand over everything produced during the engagement: databases, profiles, outreach logs and a clear view of open next steps, so your team can act on it directly without reconstructing our work. Many engagements continue beyond this point — a further outreach round, an extended longlist, or a move into local representation — but handover marks the point at which you have everything you need to proceed independently if you choose to. We stay available afterwards for follow-up questions on the material we've delivered.
