We start by defining the ideal partner profile together with you - segment focus, portfolio fit, technical capability and geographic reach. We then build or extend a longlist of candidate companies, drawing on our own project databases, industry sources and direct research, and screen it against your criteria to produce a prioritised shortlist. Where useful, we contact candidates directly in Polish to validate genuine interest and fit before any introduction is made. You receive a ranked shortlist with profiles, screening rationale and - where outreach has taken place - a clear picture of which companies are actually ready to talk.

  • You want to appoint a distributor, agent or manufacturing subcontractor in Poland or CEE, but don’t have visibility into who the credible candidates actually are.
  • Your current partner underperforms in part of your portfolio and you need a validated alternative - not just another list of names.

Real-World Examples

We regularly help manufacturers move from an underperforming or incomplete partner network to a validated shortlist of ready-to-engage candidates. For a Nordic manufacturer of industrial consumables, one of two priority product segments in Poland was consistently underdelivered by the client’s existing distributor - held back by a commodity market with intense price competition and a partner without a strong enough value proposition to differentiate the offer. We extended the client’s own partial candidate list, enriching it with size, location and portfolio data, and together with the client prioritised 13 companies for active outreach. Contacting all 13 directly in Polish, we opened conversations with eight companies that expressed genuine interest - and within one month of the campaign, the client was already conducting in-person visits with the most promising candidates.
