What It Includes
We design and run structured, multi-stop visit programmes for teams and delegations coming to Poland or CEE - whether that’s a single company exploring the market or a full delegation. We identify and confirm the right companies, facilities or institutions to include on the agenda, sequence the visits logically by geography and topic, and handle the practical coordination: scheduling, briefing materials and on-the-ground logistics. Where useful, we prepare a company profile ahead of each stop and full meeting notes afterwards, so nothing discussed gets lost after the trip ends. You arrive to a fully arranged programme and leave with a clear record of what was covered and what the next steps are.
When You Need It
- You’re bringing a delegation, investment team or senior stakeholders to Poland and need a structured, multi-stop agenda - not a handful of separate meetings.
- You want to combine commercial meetings with site visits, factory tours or institutional briefings in a single, well-sequenced trip.
- You need the visit properly documented - company profiles and meeting notes - so the outcomes translate into follow-up action.
Real-World Examples
We’ve run visit programmes that turned a single trip into a lasting commercial outcome. For a machinery engineering and design services company evaluating entry into Poland, we arranged and facilitated a roadshow of fifteen company meetings across five target segments - mobile machinery, special vehicles, rail vehicles, boilers and power plants among others - spread across five separate visits over three months, with meetings conducted by the client’s own senior team. For each segment we documented outsourcing behaviour, pricing expectations and RFQ interest gathered during the visits, and confirmed RFQ interest from two companies in the mobile machinery segment before the engagement had even concluded; within six months of the roadshow ending, the client announced the acquisition of a design engineering firm in Poland.
